1. Sponsors

This Sweepstakes is a collaborative event sponsored by SpinGinger (accessible via www.spinginger.com and hosted live on TikTok by @SpinGinger) and @steph_cherrypie2181 (hosted live on TikTok). All official communications, prize coordination, and winner confirmations will be managed by SpinGinger through contact@spinginger.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes runs from November 7, 2025, through November 30, 2025.

All other rules, entry conditions, and prize drawing dates apply equally to both hosts.

4. How to Enter

A. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)*:

During any eligible live stream*, entrants may earn one (1) free entry per day by completing all of the following actions:

1. Comment #GratefulForLive in the chat.

2. Like the live stream.

3. Share the live stream.

Each entrant may only submit one name per day using this method, regardless of how many eligible live streams are hosted that day. Duplicate daily entries will be disqualified.

B. Goal-Based Entry:

• During any live stream hosted by either Sponsor, a Designated Goal may be randomly announced at any time. Participants who help reach that announced goal during the same live stream will receive one (1) entry for that day.

• Designated Goals are chosen at random and may vary by live stream. Each host independently determines when and which goal is announced.

• Each host may set their own goal type during the Sweepstakes Period.

C. Entry Limits

• Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method.

• Entries submitted outside eligible times or without meeting all listed requirements will not be counted.

• The odds of winning are the same for all eligible entries, whether entered via AMOE or goal-based participation.

No purchase, payment, or TikTok gift is required to enter or win. Entries that do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

Each weekly drawing will award one (1) $20 Gift Card per host (two total each week).

8:15 PM EST on the following dates:

8:30 AM EST on the following dates:

Winners must be present in the LIVE during the drawing and respond in chat within 60 seconds of announcement. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions except at Sponsors’ discretion.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be announced during the LIVE drawing and contacted via TikTok direct message or email at contact@spinginger.com. Prizes will be sent electronically within 7 days of winner confirmation.

7. General Conditions

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok or Walmart. Participants release TikTok, Walmart, and the Sponsors from any liability, loss, or damages arising from participation or prize use.

No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning.

8. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsors, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for SpinGinger and the State of Oklahoma for Steph_Cherrypie2181, without regard to their conflict-of-law principles.

• Monday–Friday: 10:00–10:30 AM EST & 8:00–8:30 PM EST

• Saturday: 11:00–11:30 AM EST & 9:00–9:30 PM EST

• Sunday: 8:00–8:30 PM EST

steph_cherrypie2181 (Host):

• Eligible live streams occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the Sweepstakes Period.

• Entry is open only during the first 30 minutes of each live stream.

• Exact start times vary; entrants are responsible for checking @steph_cherrypie2181’s TikTok page for the current live schedule.
